This famous Bridal Chorus, also know as Here Comes the Bride, is taken from the romantic opera Lohengrin by Richard Wagner.As a processional wedding march, it is typically played at the bride's entrance at the beginning of Western wedding ceremonies.
This score is an arrangement for intermediate-level string quartet (violin I, violin II, viola and violoncello).
The violin and viola parts all feature a few double stops, although the less advanced violinist or violist could play only the upper note if he so wishes.
