No refunds will be granted after 90 days from purchase.

Should any downloaded file be faulty, Caux Multimedia Solutions' entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at Caux Multimedia Solutions' discretion, either (1) a full refund of the price paid for the file or (2) replacement of the file.

However, this Limited Warranty is void if failure of the file has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication, or in the event that you have not complied with the terms of this Agreement.
