Melodic and Harmonic minor - Two octaves in the first and third positions
These D minor Scales & Arpeggio are intended for Grade 4 violin students.The scales (harmonic and melodic minor) and arpeggio cover two octaves in the first and third positions.
The scales are written in eighth notes while the arpeggio is in quarter notes.
All should be practiced with various suggested bowing patterns.
