Mélodie Op. 10, No. 5 - Invocation - Melody - Elegy - Les Érinnyes
This Mélodie-Élégie by Jules Massenet was composed around 1866 as No. 5 of the 10 Pièces de genre, Op. 10 for the piano.In 1872, Massenet used this Mélodie in his incidental music for Les Érinnyes : tragédie antique by Leconte de Lisle (1818-1894).
