This lively Allegro is the fourth and last movement from the Violin Sonata Op. 1, No. 15, HWV 373 by George Frideric Handel.In accordance with Baroque performance practice, the violinist should remember that the trills are to be played ON the beat, starting on the upper auxiliary note.
More or less repercussions may be played depending on the violinist's ability.
As can be heard in the corresponding midi file, we suggest adding trills to measures 19, 23, 34, 36, 38, 40, 57 and 66.
This sonata movement is to be played in the first and second positions.
