This violin duet for the Scale of C Major is taken from Volume 1 of Maia Bang's Violin Method, which was published in 1919.This duet was originally written for violin duet in the key of G Major.
This very easy duet features beautiful harmonies and is perfect for beginners.
The Viola I part plays the scale of C Major (1 octave starting on the third finger on the G string) in whole notes.
The Viola II part is to be played by the teacher or by a more advanced pupil.
