This lovely Allegretto in F Major, Op. 22, No. 2 was originally composed for the violin in the key of C Major.It is the second of six pieces in Elgar's Very Easy Melodious Exercises in the First Position for Violin with Pianoforte Accompaniment, Op. 22.
