Franz Wohlfahrt's Study Opus 45, No. 50 is an intermediate-level study of bariolage and string crossings in ascending and descending arpeggios.When performing bariolage, the player must be sure to leave the fingers on the string as much as possible, so as to avoid unnecessary movements.
Also, the violinist should be careful to play with great wrist flexibility.
