This Prélude in D flat Major, Op. 28, No. 15 was composed by Frédéric Chopin.It is the fifteenth of 24 préludes in Chopin's 24 Préludes, Op. 28.
This is Chopin's famous Raindrop Prelude, so named because of the ostinato (repeated notes) that is present from the beginning to the end.
This lyrical and melodious prelude contains a middle section in C# minor, with a dark and mysterious atmosphere.
