Moreover, this score contains suggestions for realizing the ornaments in accordance with the performance practice of the early Classical period.

These ornaments are trills (measures 4, 14, 16 and 18) : trills are played on the beat, and they begin on the upper auxiliary note. More or less repercussions may be added depending on the player's ability, and we suggest adding a termination to the end of each trill.

Please note that we suggest adding trills in measures 6 and 8 for the sake of uniformity with measures 16 and 18.

Please note also that the B flat in measure 9 is editorial (third beat, right hand).

Young Wolfgang was only 8 years old when he composed this work!
