This Allegro is the first of two movements in Friedrich Kuhlau's Sonatina in C Major, Op. 55, No. 1.This sonatina contains the following movements :
- Allegro (C Major)
- Vivace (C Major)
This score is a faithful reproduction of the first edition of this sonatina, published in Copenhagen by Richter, Bechmann & Milde in 1823.
However, we have modified some of Kuhlau's fingerings in order to adapt them to modern pedagogical practices.
