This Arietta in F Major was composed by Muzio Clementi.It is part of the eleventh and final edition of Clementi's Introduction to the Art of Playing on the Pianoforte.
This final edition was published in London in 1826.
Please note that this score contains a suggestion for performing the ornaments (here : appoggiaturas) in accordance with the performance practice of the Classical period.
In particular, the appoggiatura is played ON the beat, taking up one half of the main note's value.
