This Menuet in A minor is the second last movement of Partita No. 6 in B flat Major by Johann Krieger.This partita belongs to the work Sechs musicalische Partien, published in Nuremberg in 1697.
According to Baroque performance practice, the quarter notes in this minuet should be played slightly detached.
Also, we suggest adding cadential trills to measures 7, 15 and 23.
Although not indicated by Krieger himself, such trills were customarily added to phrase endings by musicians of the Baroque period.
